Shopping online can at times prove challenging, especially when brands have different sizing. To make the experience super easy for you, we proudly offer hassle free returns. There are a few guidelines to follow when making your purchase and when requesting a refund or exchange, so please check out the notes below.
♡ Due to the nature of products we sell, we are able to accept refunds due to garment faults only. Please note we are unable to accept refunds for change of mind, however we can accept an exchange or issue you with a credit note.
♡ Your request for a refund, exchange or credit must be received within 14 days of your purchase.
♡ There are no returns or exchanges on sale items.
♡ Each item will have a size chart attached to the listing. Be sure to measure yourself according to the guide [here]. The size chart will be based off the brand's suggestions as well as measuring the item ourselves to find you that perfect fit.
♡ If, when you receive the item, you find it does not fit you have the option to return it for an exchange of another item to the same value or a credit note.
♡ Any item that is to be assessed for a refund, exchange or credit note, must be returned in the same condition it was sent in; unworn, unwashed, unused and with all tags attached.
♡ If you purchased your item with AFTERPAY, please note that you will only be able to obtain a store credit or exchange. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get right on to it for you.
RETURNING YOUR ITEM

EXCHANGING YOUR ITEM
♡ If we have accepted your exchange request and you are returning your item, please ensure you have filled out the applicable "EXCHANGES' section on the Returns form.
♡ If you are returning your item due to a faulty product, we will pay the return shipping costs.
♡ If you are requesting an exchange or credit note as the item was not suitable, you will need to pay the retun shipping costs of the item you are returning and the exchange.
